At Sama PT, we are dedicated to restoring balance in the body and life. Through personalized, one-on-one care we help those living in pain regain mobility, move better, feel stronger and live fully again.
I am the owner and sole provider at Sama Physical Therapy. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy dedicated to helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities you love. After earning my doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2011, I’ve spent my career in outpatient care treating a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions.
I’m a certified manual physical therapist and specialize in dry needling—a technique used to speed up recovery and improve outcomes. My goal is to help active individuals return to and continue to play the sports they love such as golf, tennis and pickle ball.
My passion for this career and compassion for my pateints is shaped by personal experience. As a former athlete who has gone through ACL reconstruction on both knees, I truly understand what it takes to recover—physically and mentally. That perspective allows me to support my patients in a more meaningful, personalized way.
I’m proud to be a Palm Beach County native and love serving my community. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young sons.
